Mr. Carruthers’ Grade 6 Class

Mitchell Hepburn P.S. - St. Thomas, ON

Welcome,

I realize it’s been quite some time since my last update, but it has been a crazy few weeks!  Thank you everyone for your notes of congratulations on the arrival of my new baby.

During my absence, Mrs. Rose did a fabulous job with my class and she commented several times on how exceptionally well everything went while I was away.  I couldn’t be happier!  I have some marking to get caught up on due to the time I was away and plan to do so over the coming days.  Please be on the lookout for a math test and a language test that will need to be signed and returned.  I plan to return these tests early next week.

Mrs. Cassidy and I are currently working with students on a Social Studies/Computer project.  We will be working on this project over the next couple of weeks.  Students are encouraged to work on this project at home, but most of it will be completed at school.  The due date is Feb. 5th.  (Photo above)

There will be a Spaghetti Dinner on Feb. 28th for all of those who purchased tickets.  The dinner will be from 5-7pm.

Thanks for visiting,

Mr. Carruthers
